A renowned award-winning concert pianist and multifaceted entrepreneur Olga Balakleets is a CEO of London based international events company Venus Global Events which organizers cultural and philanthropic projects worldwide in the most prestigious venues and officially advising various governments on their cultural and philanthropic programmes. Since 2016 she is the Founder and CEO of Creative Women International Platform with a representation in more than 40 countries and with an annual conference among its other many activities promoting successful female entrepreneurs with a creative approach to business.

Olga appears as a speaker at various female conferences around the world and often appears on international TV channels making valuable contributions on cultural and philanthropic matters and writes for several international publications. Olga is also a Founder of a global multifaceted venture Theatrum Vitae which is designed to transcend barriers and unite people around the world through a unique synthesis of performing and visual arts and create a lasting cultural legacy for many years to come.

For her services, she has been awarded prestigious awards including St. Prince Dmitry Donskoi and St. Sergey Radonezhsky Order, a Medal from “Giornale della Danza”, “The Business Woman of the Year Award”, “The Inspirational Award” at the First Feminine Capital Forum and mostly notably the Pushkin Medal. She sits on a steering committee of Football for Peace FfP, the Board of Directors of Nicosia Young Ballet and was invited to be the Head of the International Department of SIFFA, a Syndicate for International Female Football.

Jill Douka MBA, MCC is a Master Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation in the 4% of coaches worldwide, International Bestselling Author of Create Love, bestselling author of How to Create Your Life, Suddenly Now and Woman Now Business Mentor Awarded by European Union and Global Academy of Coaching Director

She is Greek Canadian and has trained, coached and mentored thousands of individuals in Europe, USA and Asia. She is considered to be one of the most acclaimed coaches in Europe by the press and is one of the first Europeans invited to speak in a TEDx event in Asia and Europe in the same year.

She is the founder of Global Academy of Coaching which is dedicated into supporting individuals to become coaches who support their clients to thrive while at the same time they serve as top leaders within their community. She holds an MBA from ALBA and is an International Coach Academy graduate.

She has studied Human Resources in Cornell University and holds a Masters degree in Cultural Management and Political Science from Université Paris Dauphine. Studied Contemporary Dance and Choreography in Merce Cunningham Foundation in New York. Jill is a member of Hellenic Coaching Association, member of the European Business Mentors, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and founding member of the European Evolutionary Business Council. She is a member of International Coach Federation.

Mrs Douka was chosen and awarded as a mentor at the European Business Mentors network. She is an active philanthropist.
